Since 2013 he is the founder and the artistic director of the Carloforte Music Festival since 2013, where he has been collaborating with fine soloists such as Anna Tifu, Paoletta Marrocu, Enkelejda Shkosa, Eric Silberger, Romeo Scaccia, Fabio Furia and Alice Lestang. In 2014, was invited by Lorin Maazel to participate as Associate Conductor at the Castleton Festival. Andrea has already performed in the major european concert halls including Berliner Philharmonie and Palais de Beaux Arts in Bruxelles. He conducted the Berliner Camerata, the Orchestre Regional de Cannes, the Berlin Sinfonietta, SymphoniaASSAI, the Ensemble Orchestral de Valencia, the Symphony Orchestra of the Conservatory of Cagliari, the Ruse Philharmonic, the Moldavian National Orchestra, the Jenaer Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Symphony Orchestra and Choir of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. Andrea graduated with top marks in piano and orchestral conducting from the Conservatorio P. da Palestrina in Cagliari, the Ecole Normale A. Cortot in Paris, and the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. He had the opportunity to work with internationally renowned conductors such as Lorin Maazel, Ronald Zollman, Jorma Panula, Dominique Rouits, Mikail Jurowsky, Nicolas Pasquet, Jorge Rotter, Giancarlo Andretta, Georg Christoph Sandmann, Wolfgang Doerner and George Pehlivanian. Prize winner in several international piano competitions, he was awarded a five years’ full scholarship offered by the Regione Autonoma della Sardegna, and he is supported by the Fondazione di Sardegna.

The lessons are suitable for everyone between the ages of 6 and 99 and for all skill levels. Unless you're better than me, of course. :) I studied jazz trumpet with Gary Barone in Freiburg at the International Music College (at that time it was still called jazz and rock school) (toured with Frank Zappa and played as a supporting act for Miles Davis) and have now been in Berlin as a freelance trumpeter and music producer for ten years / DJ active. Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborate with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. I have years of experience teaching children, teenagers and adults in both Latin-America and Europe, therefore understanding different appreciation levels and needs. Composing your own music has always been a very rewarding task. This has never been so true as the present day when you can hear what you compose instantly by using computers to generate and play back your own music. However, to ensure that your music sounds really great there are many principles to be considered. I have had a great interest in composing for over 40 years, composing in a wide variety of styles. Having been a music teacher in a comprehensive school for over 30 years, I have had a lot of very relevant experience in teaching composition to a wide range of different ages and abilities. The class will be personalized to your particular standard and chosen style of composition. If you are a complete novice and have not used computers to create music we can use a web-based programme or a free downloadable programme. On the other hand, if you are familiar with a particular programme that you have installed on your computer we can work through screen sharing and sound sharing to enhance your compositions using my experience. I will tailor-make the class to suit you.
