Namaste, my name is Cos and I am German from Mallorca. I am a Hatha Raja Yoga instructor and soon a Yoga Nidra instructor (I am currently training).

I live in Barcelona, and I speak German, Spanish, Catalan and English. I love teaching classes and sharing a quiet and pleasant space with my students.

Through yoga we not only work on the physical body, but also on the mind, breathing, mental health, and the awareness of being present.
