I have several years of experience in swimming schools (and formerly trained in sports associations). My diplomas are up to date (BP JEPS AAN + CAEP MNS + PSE1 CONTINUING TRAINING). A class lasts 30 minutes, unless you want more (45 min, 60'). For children under 6 years of age, attentional capacity rarely exceeds 45 minutes, so it is advisable not to exceed this duration. For aquagym and aquabike, the class lasts approximately 42 minutes + 3 minutes of stretching.
