Hi there! My name is Rohima and I am a certified yoga & tantra teacher, but besides that... I am also human. I am based in Amsterdam and would love to guide you in to different practices. I offer 1:1 practices in the comfort of your own home. Think about a (yin) yoga practice with meditation. Think about breathwork, or assisted stretching (which we call PNF - Propioceptive Neuromuscular Facillitation) where I'll help you to move your body in different stretching positions which helps your range of motion & muscle flexibility. Besides the physical practice I love to help people to build a deeper connection with themselves and others. Thats why I also offer (white) tantra practice in groups or for couples. I also listen to what your body needs & desires and together we'll do what is best for you!
