Learn Bollywood and Hip-Hop dance from home with Disha Agarwal. These live online lessons welcome women and children aged seven and above, including complete beginners. We break choreography into small sections, practise movements with counts, and then combine the steps with music. Lessons focus on rhythm, coordination, expression and learning routines at a manageable pace. You can repeat unfamiliar steps and ask questions as you learn. Women’s lessons provide a welcoming introduction to dance, whether you are exploring a new hobby or returning after a break. Children’s lessons introduce dance through simple sequences and age-appropriate choreography. Women and children attend separate suitable batches. Classes take place through Google Meet. Before booking, we discuss your experience, goals, suitable class and availability. International students are welcome to enquire about a time that works across our time zones. Please message me through Apprentus to discuss lessons for yourself or your child. Parents should arrange bookings for children.

Dance is not just about learning steps; it is a great way to build confidence, improve body coordination, stay active, and express yourself through movement. I teach dance in a fun and comfortable environment, focusing on technique, expressions, musicality, and making sure students enjoy the process while improving their skills.
