About Me

RYT 500 certified yoga teacher with over 600 hours of training and experience since 2020. I have taught in Bali, Mexico, and now Spain, both online and in person. I came to Spain to continue my dance training, which deeply enriched my connection with the body, movement, and expression, and naturally led me to delve deeper into teaching yoga.
