My name is Valentina. Spanish is my native language. My specialty and interests have helped me understand the Spanish language's grammar and structure, helping me become articulate and have excellent spelling. I would love to help you by providing you with vocabulary and tips to become a better speaker of this language.

I give tutoring and homework classes at all levels from high school to high school but only for ES students. I teach for 5 years now.

My learning method is to review the lesson to make sure that the student has all the necessary basics. Then I complete the lesson with exercises where I help the student. Then I give exercises where the student does it alone to make sure he understands.

My name is Annia, and I am 24 years old. I speak Spanish, English, Catalan and basic Mandarin. I grew my love for languages from an early age. I moved to Romania and lived there for six years which made it possible for me to learn Romanian and immerse in their culture and make friends. Then, I moved to Spain where I took Catalan and German in school. And lastly, I moved to Taiwan in 2016 where I studied Mandarin for a year. Languages for me are doors that can be opened to experience culture and to get closer to people and its land. You cannot build a bond or learn how to live in a place if first you don't learn to communicate and listen to your surroundings.
I have experience working with children since I was 15 years old. I volunteered in my local church to help during Sunday school with kids from moths old to 7 years old. Then I participated in English summer camps in Spain as a teacher and staff member. Later on I had the opportunity to teach privately and also babysit with different families. Lastly, when I moved to Taiwan, I taught English as a second language in certain schools and also privately from the ages of 3 years old to a man in need to practice his english looking for a master opportunity in Australia. I think teaching and learning can be fun. I try to always find exciting new ways to teach. Whether it's with games, DIY activities, science experiments, outdoor activities and using the digital tool such as power points and/or videos. My teaching experience I consider it quite broad. I teach English, Spanish and Science in English. My methodology is very simple and unique to me. I want to make children comfortable with learning. Make it fun. I believe in the connection of emotions and the process of learning and remembering what is learned. I want children to feel good, happy and calm when they're learning something new as well as give them a feeling of excitement and achievement for them to fully learn and create their memory in their brain while being independent. I try to always put myself in their shoes, understand the kid and adapt to their tempo when it comes to learning. Growing up, being a kid and learning should be a memorable experience to be ready for what the adult world. I do not have any teaching diploma but I do have work recognition by my old bosses.

Having lived for a long time in England, and holder of a British university degree (University of Warwick), my objective is to help middle and high school students progress to improve their marks on written tests, as well as to develop their ease in oral. Each course is adapted to the context and needs of the student.
This course can also be adapted to the needs of adults, in a context of general learning of the English language: conversation lessons, enrichment of vocabulary through cultural discovery, writing.
Possibility of teaching by videoconference.

I will be able to assist you child in their english homework, practice the speaking based on regular conversations in english and learn the basics of the language. Working with the parents, we can set up a plan to improve your child's level in english.
