IB HL and SL Economics Revision- Crash Course Exam Prep or Steady Revision throughout the IB course
From 69 € /h
I taught IB Economics in international schools for many years. I am now tutoring IB students, both in "crash studying before the May exam," and in more steady weekly sessions throughout the two year course. I understand the markschemes, and have a lot of tips and tricks to share that will get you easy marks. Revision is best done through real world examples and diagram review. Econ can be fun and engaging, and I will do my best to make our tutor sessions feel like a study group with friends.
Extra information
You should have some paper and a pen, or a tablet, to practice diagramming.

About Me
- I am a Chicago native, living in the Netherlands. I miss deep dish pizza, but love Dutch cheese.
- I was an IB teacher for many years, and have worked with students who face many different challenges, including ELL, ADHD, math-phobia, and high anxiety. I have a lot of tried and true strategies to help every type of learner find success.
- The best part of about IB Econ is "It Depends." In our sessions, we will discuss how there are many right answers to a question, and practice evaluating policies to create a strong argument.
- Real world examples should be relevant to a student's life. We can investigate the shifts in non-price determinant of demand of your favorite sports team, or examine fiscal policies around university education in your country. The RWEs should be applicable and interesting, and can be helpful with your Paper 1 part B and Paper 3 policy recommendations.
