Über mich

I am an adventurer and a bookworm so my interest in foreign languages came naturally. I lead an active life as a sailor and climber but I also enjoy spending time at home with books, films and music. My interest in psychology is satisfied in my job as all students are different and demand individual care. All in all, teaching is a perfect combination of working, learning and having fun because it opens up so many opportunities both for teacher and student.

I am currently a PhD student and I specialize in linguistics. I hold B.A. in Business English and M.A. in British and American Culture and Literature as well as a certificate of completion of an intensive translation course.

I worked at University of Silesia for 4 years teaching students, attending conferences and organizing events. I also held a position of an English Language Coach and Translator for 8 years in several companies.

Intercultural Business Communication (IBC) offers tailor-made language training in business German, German for diplomats and German for general purposes. You will learn to use the German language in communicative situations and communicate effectively in business and every day situations.
Additionally, IBC offers language consultancy in German, ie proof-reading of your German texts and translating your websites from English or Dutch into German.
