Music is fun, it should remain so for anyone studying an instrument. After years of boredom, I found a method that worked for me and may work for you.
On the program, there will be your favorite songs, theory (scales, arpeggios and notions of harmonies) to be able to improvise bass lines and melodies on any song, read any exercise or score .
With more than 15 years of experience on stage, I use my knowledge to make each student feel good on stage, with friends during a jam or solo at home.

Music is fun and should stay fun for anyone studying an instrument. After many years being bored of practicing the same things, I've found a method which worked for me and could maybe work for you.
We'll study your favorite songs but also overview some theory (scales, arpeggios, notions of harmony) to enable you to play and improvise bass lines or melodies over any song. After 15 years+ of experience on stage I share what I've learned along the way so every student of mine can feel good on stage, at friends for a jam session or cozy at home.

About Me
Hi,
With a decade of stage experience and 6 years at the conservatory, I obtained my master's degree at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in jazz on electric bass in 2023. I've been teaching since 2019 and since finishing my studies I've been able to step up the pace of the lessons I give at home.
What I teach:
- electric bass: all levels
- double bass: beginner
- harmonic analysis (piano, guitar, bass, double bass): beginner + intermediate
- ensemble lessons: beginner + intermediate
- DAW + music theory (Ableton, Musescore, Sibelius): beginners
My program is based on concrete examples, with the aim of developing a repertoire that is ready to be played in a group or called upon for performance, just as I do myself in my daily work.
