Hello everyone! My name is Anna-Maria.
I am a ballet artist and a certified instructor of both group and individual training programmes. I have experience conducting both group classes and one-on-one sessions.
I teach the following disciplines: Stretching , Healthy back, Barre , Ballet , Pilates, Spine flexibility
My ballet classes are based on the traditions of the Russian classical school, combining academic structure with individual support. I place particular emphasis on an anatomically informed approach in my teaching — I study anatomy and biomechanics to ensure that each session is safe, efficient and tailored to the student’s body and goals.
If you have any specific needs or areas you’d like to focus on, I am happy to adapt the training to your individual request. I also have experience working with children, including developing natural ability and preparing for entrance into choreographic schools
