Hidè graduated from the prestigious Guildhall School of Music as a Bachelor of Music, Postgraduate Diplomas in Music Performance and Composition in 2006 and started performing in the U.K., Europe and Japan.
Teaching career both privately since 2004 and as registered guitar tutor for Barnet Education Arts Trust for over 14 years with complete beginners to grade 8 in Trinity and Rockschool exams.
Inspired by his guru, the great virtuoso and composer Keigo Fujii, Hidè’s guitar technique can be traced back via José Luis Gonzaléz, Andrés Segovia, Miguel Llobet to the great Francisco Tárrega.
Hidè’s wide influences come from classical, rock, heavy metal, Indian, Spanish, Celtic and Japanese music, allowing him to collaborate many musicians including Kuma Harada, rie fu, Hasiken, Hibiki Ichikawa and many more, with wide genre of musicians from rock bands to jazz and traditional and folk musicians.
Followed by his latest album “Feathering’s”, Hidè epitomises the tradition, compounding classical literacy and the finger-style artistry.

Hi. I’m Hidè , teaching guitar in London since 2006.

Graduated from prestigious Guildhall School of Music and formally a registered guest tutor in London Borough of Barnet as well as teaching privately and online.

Have long career of teaching from complete beginners from children of 6 years to semi professionals as well as Trinity Grade Exam (classical, rock) and RockSchool Exam (acoustic and rock) up to grade 8 (include Diploma for Rockshool).

I specialise in teaching guitar for all levels. Beginners are very welcome. My main aim is to get the students to enjoy playing and from there we can start to get deeper into theory, composition, improvisation and song writing. I also specialise in Brazilian guitar if that is anyone's passion.

GUITAR & BASS LESSONS FOR ALL AGES AND LEVELS

I offer a tuition program that covers lectures designed for both beginners and more advanced players. I am a fully qualified guitar teacher with many years of experience as a session player and performer within the music industry in both live environment and in recording studios.
From music theory, arranging and composition as well as instrument related lessons my tuition program is adapted to the need and level of my student. I have been regularly teaching music theory, guitar, bass and saxophone in the UK to all level student since 2008.
I graduated from Tech Music School (London College of Music) in 2012 with a Popular Music Performance Degree on guitar and was classicly train on saxophone since the age of 5.
I also have a Master in Music Industry Management and Artist Development.
