He is very insightful and practical how to think or play. He is definitely a musician before a drummer. He immediately figured out my weakness and how to approach to develop to the next step. He reminded me the importance of listening and being able to adopt to the situations rather than being caught up with technicality. It helped me to figure out how to navigate my next directions.
