I have been a musician for over 20 years and have been teaching guitar for over 10 years, giving me a vast range of knowledge, teaching methodologies and learning resources. For older beginners and adults, I offer fun and information-rich lessons on what the guitar is and how to play it, along with how to get the most from your practice time. What can be seen as an insurmountable task is broken down into easy-to-follow steps grounded in whichever genre you're interested in exploring. On both electric or acoustic we'll cover the fundamentals of good playing technique, how to teach yourself songs, chord shapes and common scales, as well as rhythm and timekeeping.
