I love to make my students speak since I strongly believe that practice is the key to learn a language and to improve your knowledge. I always structure my lessons according to subjects based on daily life situations (how to introduce yourself, how to make an appointment, shopping / grocery, going to the doctors, professional language, etc). Nous verrons ensemble les deux grands exercices demandés au baccalauréat : l'explication de texte et la dissertation. Nous verrons également les grands thèmes philosophiques : conscient, religion, technique, devoir, justice à l'aide des auteurs mais aussi de vidéos ou de questions problématisées.

I teach conversational English. The initial purpose of my lessons is to get my students to practice speaking English. "Practice makes perfect", it's true, but during our practice sessions, we will soon discover our weak spots and we will have to address them. The real purpose is not just practice but IMPROVEMENT. So we will dedicate a portion of our sessions together to fixing pronunciation and learning the proper way to use tenses and grammar in everyday speech. By the end of this course, you should be able to speak English fluently and confidently.

My way of teaching is mostly fun. Why?! It can be quite scary to learn another language, let alone to speak it... I can give you the feeling of security, so that you dare to speak, in this case the Dutch language. We will focus on listening, pronunciation and of course talk talk talk. During all this I also explain the necessary grammar, of course fully adapted to your level. Because however you look at it, grammar is also necessary, especially as a basis! But don't worry, it won't be a boring list of just grammar, that's why that bit of fun in a lesson is so important!
