Creative writing can sound daunting, but we all have stories within us - whether novels, short fiction or simply pieces we write for ourselves. Whether you're an experienced writer or just beginning, we can work together to develop and improve your writing skills, covering everything from character and plot to dialogue, pace and structure. As an author of four novels (two published by Head of Zeus and two by Quercus) I have extensive experience of working with an agent, and editorial publishers, can offer valuable insights into the world of publishing. Writing is like a muscle; the more you use it, the better you become, and through a variety of writing exercises and different techniques, we can focus on helping you produce your best writing. I am also an experienced proofreader and editor and can help you improve existing works and ready them for submission.

Would you like to improve your Spanish, become more confident when speaking, or need some extra help with Spanish at school? I'm a native Spanish speaker from Spain, currently living and working in Brussels, with previous experience teaching both Spanish and English in Spain. I offer personalised Spanish classes for children, teenagers and adults, adapting each lesson to the student's age, level and objectives. For adults and older students, classes can focus on conversation and practical Spanish. We can work on fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar through topics such as everyday life, travel, Spanish culture, current affairs or work. For children and teenagers, I can also provide Spanish school support, helping with homework, vocabulary, grammar, reading, speaking and preparation for tests or exams. Lessons can follow what the student is currently learning at school, with additional explanations and practice whenever needed. I like to create a friendly and relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, speaking and making mistakes. I believe learning a language is much easier when lessons are engaging and adapted to the individual rather than following the same approach for everyone. Whether you want to improve your Spanish for school, work, travel or everyday conversation, the classes will be adapted to your needs. Classes can be held in person in Brussels or online.

Learn Turkish in a practical, personalised way built around your goals and the situations where you actually want to use the language. I am a native Turkish speaker and bilingual language educator with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English Language Teaching, a Cambridge CELTA qualification, and more than seven years of language teaching experience. Lessons can focus on Turkish from the beginning, everyday conversation, living in Türkiye, work-related communication, pronunciation, vocabulary, natural expressions, and becoming more confident when speaking. When useful, I can explain Turkish clearly in English, especially for beginners who need support understanding how the language works. As your confidence grows, we can gradually use more Turkish during lessons. Activities may include guided conversation, role-plays, practical vocabulary, real-life scenarios, pronunciation work, speaking practice, and personalised materials based on your interests and goals. My aim is to help you understand and use Turkish naturally and confidently in real life.
