Graduated from the Master of Music Pedagogy and the Master of Concert at the University of Music of Geneva, I am developing my teaching experience since 2012. I offer adapted piano lessons for students of all levels and ages with a rich and varied repertoire to promote your musical expression!

I have over 10 years teaching experience both privately and in schools. Pupils have ranged from children through to adults. I am a friendly and enthusiastic teacher and my aim is to ensure that all my pupils enjoy making music and can work towards their individual goals, whether it be just for fun or preparing for music exams. I am also able to teach music theory, which not only helps with musicianship but is necessary if students are wanting to progress through to the higher music grades. I gained a Bachelor of Music and Masters degree from two of the top London music colleges; the Royal College and Royal Academy of Music. Since then, I have been performing as a soloist and with orchestras and ensembles around the world.

I have over 8 years of experience teaching piano, guitar, electric bass, drums, band coaching and music theory in a wide range of styles to all ages. I approach music tuition with the aim to instil a lasting appreciation of and enthusiasm for playing music, especially with kids and teens! With emphasis on improvisation and rhythmic awareness, my lessons not only prepare my students to play jazz and jazz-related genres but also teaches them to understand music more deeply than just notes on a piece of paper. A typical lesson involves a balance of technical warm-up exercises, sight-reading, improvisation and working through a tune of your choice. That said, we can work on whatever you want, I'm always happy for my students to guide the lesson. Learning music, is directly connected to the cognition system of our mind, and our cognition is the first step to perceive the music, so it is important to understand music and perform it. I am proposing class of Piano, Composition and Music Theory and writings. In the class of Piano depending on the student's wishes, we work on different methods, from learning music just as an activity to students who are wishing to continue their profession as a musician. Class of composition has the same algorithm as the piano class, the method selection is based on student's wishes. Music Theory is proposed in both classes of composition and piano on the side but for the students who wish to learn music theory separately with more concentration, I propose this class as a separated class too. Class of Harmony and writings actually has the same situation as music theory classes but students in the class of composition will be more specialized in harmony and counterpoint than piano students and of course, this course is proposed as a separated class too.
