En primer lugar, miraría el material que se supone que debo trabajar con el estudiante y lo recordaría. Intentaría, si es posible, que mis alumnos propongan las soluciones ellos mismos y que yo les ayude cuando tengan dificultades. Trato de planificar la lección de tal manera que el material pueda ser absorbido por el alumno de la manera más rápida y efectiva posible. Trato de hacer que la lección sea lo menos estresante posible y trato de hacer que la lección sea divertida para el estudiante.

Estoy tomando un curso llamado ILV que me prepara para saltarme el grado 11. Estoy en un 2 en matemáticas en este momento. Ya he dado algunas lecciones privadas a familiares y amigos. Hasta hace 2 años yo era un estudiante débil, sacaba malas notas y estaba completamente desinteresado. Sin embargo, me regalé una mochila y ahora me va bastante bien en la escuela. Por lo tanto, no solo daré tutorías, sino también trucos para obtener mejores calificaciones orales. Yo mismo puedo hacer estos trucos con éxito y, por lo tanto, tengo muy buenas calificaciones orales. Espero que me elija para la próxima sesión de tutoría de su hijo o hija.

I have been teaching math for about 10 years and am an engineer by qualification. I tailor the classes according to the students needs and can make it challenging or easy as required. My strengths include patience, excellent communcation skills, graphical explanation ability and the use of computer based tools to enable clear understanding of fundamental concepts. A typical class would involve teaching basic concepts, then moving on to solving a few example problems along with the student, and finally ending with the student solving a few problems on their own.

Ich habe im Bereich Mathematische Physik an der LMU München, und der Universität Tübingen promoviert. Seit vielen Jahren unterrichte ich Mathematik und Physik – parallel zu meiner Forschung – mit großer Leidenschaft.
