I offer structured homework help and study support for students in primary school and secondary school. Many parents have busy schedules or feel that school material has changed a lot — I am happy to support your child so homework becomes less stressful.
During the sessions I help students:
• understand homework assignments
• review difficult topics from class
• prepare for upcoming tests
• develop good study habits and organization
I can help with:

I have experience tutoring students from international schools and Austrian & German schools, and I adapt the sessions to each student’s needs.

I am Saphira and I moved from Austria to the Netherlands 1,5 years ago to do my Master’s in Astronomy at Leiden University. I started tutoring in high school, where I helped my classmates and younger students in various subjects. My main strengths have always been German and Mathematics. Since I began tutoring in high school and have continued ever since, I now have 7 years of tutoring experience with children, teenagers, and university students.
My teaching style is structured, patient, and goal-oriented: I break topics down into clear steps, explain the “why” behind methods, and help you practice until you feel confident. I’m especially good at helping students who feel stuck or think they’re “not good at languages/math”. We’ll build strong fundamentals and make steady progress.
I enjoy working with school students, and university students, whether your goal is better grades, exam preparation, improving conversation skills, or stronger writing.
