In this class, we first look at the "big picture" of the topic and discuss "why it is important". Then we build an "intuitive understanding" of the main concepts before moving on to the "detailed calculations and step-by-step computations".

Together, we solve a variety of questions and exercises so that you can develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of the subject. My goal is to make the material clear, structured, and easy to follow.

I specialize in teaching physics to students of any level and also to candidates of Olympiad of physics. I give detailed and precise description of subjects in a way that student understands the meaning and origin of the field. My goal is to change the viewpoint of students in physics and encourage them to look deeper, more precise and more outside the box!

I provide tutoring in various subjects at the secondary level, including mathematics, physics, and Dutch.

For years I have been teaching tutor in different subjects to students of all ages.

I am currently studying linguistics at the University of Amsterdam. At the VWO I followed a nature & technology profile, which means that I also know everything about mathematics and physics as those subjects are taught at a secondary level.

I am a former IB student having taken Math, Physics and Chemistry at Higher Level (HL). I rather enjoyed these subjects and wish to channel my passion to my students, helping them reach the highest result that they deserve. I have good knowledge of the IB course structure and database, so can definitely help any grade in this subject to improve.

I also took Economics SL, having sufficient knowledge to help students following the SL course.

My classes consist of theory, where I will provide special know-how, and practical where I review problems with my students.

As well as traveling to the student's desired location, I am able to give lessons via Skype.

Als ervaren examendocent voor het vak Natuurkunde weet ik waar HAVO- en VWO leerlingen tegenaan lopen. Natuurkunde is een lastig vak en je zal het alleen snappen door veel te oefenen. Bovendien merk ik vaak tijdens de examentrainingen dat de theorie nog niet begrepen wordt. Vandaar dat ik elke les aanvang met theorie.
