I was born in China and grew up in Hong Kong, so both Cantonese and Mandarin are my native languages. At home, we also speak Hakka. I have been living in the NL for 6.5 years with my Dutch husband. I love children, cats—and of course, languages!

If you would like to know more about the culture, learning through its literature is the best way. I'll teach the formation of words/characters, the usage and the logic behind their formation through a carefully selected group of poems ranging from contemporary poetry to classic poetry. It doesn't require prior knowledge, as long as you enjoys a little contemplative journeys through words and cultures.
