This includes blending sounds together to read words, segmenting words into sounds for spelling, and developing their fluency and comprehension skills.
I seek to develop opportunities that best reflect the needs of the children in my care. Therefore, in addition to my qualifications, I have actively pursued CPD, which includes training in phonics, safeguarding, reflective learning, first aid, and mental health. I prioritise community connections through collaborative initiatives involving parents/guardians and regular positive reinforcement.
