The class if for aspiring drummer from all level and ages. You will learn about technique (hands and feet), as well as styles (Pop, Rock, Blues, Funk, Soul, Jazz, Electronic, etc.), reading and transcription, time keeping, etc. The lesson will be entirely based on the student's needs and I will adapt the content based on those.

I will always maintain a supportive and positive environment for the student, the objective being to help him / her reach his / her own goals in a way that is both challenging and fun. My aim is not to overwhelm the student with content or to make him / her feel negatively in any way, shape or form !

Have a pair of stick, a laptop and a decent wifi connection. Have Skype or Zoom installed on your computer, so we can share screen and content. If you have a practice pad or a kit, it would be even better, but not a requirement.

I am a Swiss-born recent music graduate.

My main objective is to help the student to reach his / her goals, whether be it learning songs, working on hand or foot technique, working on styles (Pop, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Funk, Fusion, etc.), or prepping for an entry exam in a music school or university. I will strive to keep the student challenged and stimulated by the content I will be delivering, while maintaining a supportive and positive environment throughout the lesson. I am not looking to overwhelm the student with content, but rather to break down objectives in smaller goals, delivering physical resources for each lesson, to help the student's practice and reach the main objectives.

I do believe that good listening skills, patience and Kindness are required for every teacher to deliver the best content in the best way possible.

I'm a drummer & percussionist with a varied musical repertoire from Jazz, Funky and Latin music.
I studied drums, congas, timbales and other percussions with remarkable teachers with particular attention to Cuban techniques and developing my own style in jazz improvisation and I can pass on my skills with individual lessons or for little groups (max 3) by teaching drums, congas, latin percussions and jazz improvisation. I aim to teach in a joyful way with relaxing drum circle when in a group in order to create a team spirit instead of a competitive one within a no judgemental environment that can allow to make you feel at your ease and express the best of you.

Hi. My name abril and I am a chinese teacher and experienced in teaching child from 4~10 years. also i can teach adult. I can teach by three language in class: chinese, english and spanish. so that will be very interest if we have the class.

Drumming is a powerful experience for all ages and music levels even if you play a melodic instrument. I have designed a learning programme suitable for a wide variety of music needs and aims. I have a long experience teaching, performing, recording and producing music that have let me explore melodic instruments like keyboards, guitar, and bass. It has given to me a broad musical approach to the drums with a ensemble situation perspective.

This class is for drummers who want to be part of a music project or want to improve their ensemble music skils. All the levels. Children from 7 to 80 welcome.

Hello! I’m Francesco but all my students call me Frankie.
I’ve been playing drums and guitar since I was 15 years old living in Venezuela. I continued my studies in an American college for a year, to then decide to get my bachelors degree in Italy; a school called MAEurope (or currently Music Academy), affiliated with Middlesex, ACM and LAMA. After getting my B.A. Degree I moved to London where I continued to teach with a couple of agencies and play as a session musician for a couple of acts.
I’ve been teaching since I was 22 years old in the same school I was getting my B.A. Degree: MAEurope. My first class ever were a group of 6-years old kids; lucky me ha? Well, they were great! The main challenge of having such a young age class was to keep them entertained and not loose focus. This situation gave me the tools to create my own way of teaching which is usually laid back, fun and not with a “school” approach towards the student. The kids don’t even realize they are learning until they actually get home and know how to play the instrument! Especially with young students. it is important to make the lessons fun and not tedious as this experience sets the way the student will look at the instrument for the rest of their lives: boring classes = boring instrument.
These tools are good for adults too. I won’t use childish games, of course; but the ability to keep the lesson fluent and entertaining is one of my priorities.
