In classes with teenagers and adults, I always teach the basics of harmony and musical analysis, which are essential for understanding the repertoire being performed. If you want to sing, I can offer you: -Classes for beginners, knowledge of the basics of vocal technique: breathing, support, resonators. -Preparation for the entrance exams for Intermediate Level. -Help for the Intermediate Grade. -Help with vocal problems: release of tension, discovery of sound in the mask, focused and resonant, development of a sense of breath support, work with diction. -I work on works of different musical styles and eras. -Preparation for competitions, preparation of concert programs. In my singing classes, a necessary part is bodywork, some yoga exercises, and breathing exercises to develop the abdominal muscles and diaphragm. As a student who grew up in the American Education system, having classes with Michael is as if I were back in the U.S. The way he explains and the easiness of understanding the material is one of a kind that I doubt I would get from a Spanish/European professional who would sure make it more complicated. My lessons with Laura have been fantastic. She goes into a lot of detail, which really helps me improve, but always keeps the lessons fun and enjoyable. She also speaks perfect English, which makes everything really easy to follow. I feel like I have really learnt a lot and I am continuing to improve after each lesson.
