Preparation of the subject of History for Selectividad, Baccalaureate and ESO

Passionate about history, I am at your disposal for any help you would need to organize and study your EDM / geography / human sciences courses. Focusing on efficiency, I make sure that the study relies as much as possible on current events in order to make it alive and relevant. All seriously, but always in a good mood.

My tutoring is dedicated to students who are already attending Art Schools or Universities. I am specialised in supervision of student current work and  projects in course, as well as revision of exams material. The goal is to boost students' capacities, teach them to optimise working time, coach them with methods of learning and to keep students constantly challenged. 

I have a PhD in Social Anthropology and have teaching experience in the Humanities area. My goal is to present complex academic concepts in a simple and accessible way. Thus it is possible to mobilize a wide repertoire of perspectives on the topics studied.

I studied Latin for 6 years (high school and university) and read the works of (among others) : -Ovidius -Virgil -Horace -Civero -Catullus I assign homework and after I receive it, correct it thoroughly additionally providing a lot of remarks/examples if they are necessary. During my lessons I use : - Skype/Whatsapp/Messenger to connect with you, - Google Docs to keep notes, which you can check at any time and they are yours to keep, - sketch board me to make mind maps to show connections between ideas, etc. - books, PPP, word docs, diagrams, pics, etc. I adore my profession and desire each and every one of my students be satisfied with the lesson. That's why I make sure the atmosphere is stress-free and nice. I also want my lessons to be as effective as possible. Therefore, I make sure they are well-prepared, although they can be altered at any point, should such an opportunity arise. I like explaining things in a variety of ways as well as make use of dictionaries, diagrams, etc. When it comes to students who want to sit an exam, I am very demanding. My teaching method is based on transferring my theoretical and practical knowledge so that students have brilliant results and performance. At first it is hard, as it means acquiring demanding habits. But over time it saves extra efforts. I am a Graduate and have several Master's degrees in Natural and Social Sciences. I am a final year student of Translation and Interpreting with a good command of English and Galician, I also have a basic command of French. I offer private English classes from level A1 to C1. I can also cover classes in the subjects of the humanities branch of ESO and Baccalaureate.

For History-Geo/SES: Explanation of terms, notions, understanding of the subject + methodology/critical reflection help. For English: language practice: oral/written comprehension and oral and written production. Major orientation of supports to help practice independently (literature, audio/podcast/films...) + English-speaking culture. As a Master 2 student at the IEP in Strasbourg in international relations, I am passionate about the three subjects I offer. I am therefore very motivated to help learners. I also have experience in teaching (1st degree in France, French language assistant in the United States for 5 months and college in Cairo in Egypt for 6 months).

The learning of disciplines such as history, geography and philosophy are characterized by being mere tools for practicing memorization. I have a degree in Art History and Historical-Artistic Heritage in addition to the Master's Degree in Secondary Education Teacher Training. I have a B2 degree in English from the Official Language School and I teach Geography, History and Art History at all levels of Secondary Education and Baccalaureate. Also reinforcement and study techniques for Primary.

This course will help those people who wish to strengthen their knowledge in the subjects they need. It will also be of great help in preparing for future exams, in such a way that they improve their academic performance and grades.

The learning process occurs through a good study method that with me begins by "reading aloud" followed by "understanding" finding examples in real life that can stimulate the imagination. I offer academic support and homework help for students from CP to Terminale in French, history and English. These are subjects that have always interested me a lot and for which I have always had ease. I would like to offer each student a different course adapted to their needs and goals.
