I am a recorder and classical singing student at the Royal Conservatoire in the Hague. I have experience with teaching the recorder to students aged 4 to 60 years old. My lessons are characterized by a relaxed atmosphere and I find it important to listen to the wishes of my students and adapt my lessons to their personal needs. For the younger students, I aim to teach a combination of recorder technique and posture, music theory and singing and stimulate their creativity in a playfull way. In this way they become acquainted with all aspects of music making. I also aim to incorporate ensemble playing in my lessons, together with me or with other students.
