Hello all, BAC + 3 graduate in IT management as a developer analyst. I have been an IT support professional for 17 years. My job being very versatile and constantly evolving, I follow the evolution of IT and keep myself constantly updated in terms of skills and knowledge. I base myself on a very pragmatic and empirical computer science methodology. I try to create an environment of trust and to demystify IT. The concepts are so vast that it is easy to get lost in them. I think my role is to create a simple and common vision of what is desired before creating meaning in my course. I graduated in business informatics and have been working in the industry for 7 years. Currently IT project manager for 3 years, I also taught IT project management for a year at high school in Luxembourg.
