I teach singer-songwriter lessons in Utrecht. Ages 10 and up. You don't have to be able to do anything yet. You don't have to be able to play an instrument yourself. During the lessons we work on writing lyrics, vocal technique and performance. You can get acquainted with different instruments. There are different types of lessons possible: 1. You want to develop your writing talent in a small group - 1 hour per week with a presentation of your work every six months. (Maximum 4 people per group - Minimum 2 people) 2. You want to write a song for a special occasion in a short time - 4-hour workshop 3. You want to fine-tune the songs you've already written with your band and/or work on performance 4. You want private lessons Band coaching and workshops in consultation, just click on 1 hour and we will plan the rest. I can do some simple recording myself, but I have good connections with other musicians and sound engineers for a complete end product.

Scarcely had I started teaching when I was bewitched by it. With an MA in Film Directing and Screenwriting at the London College of Communication I am currently pursuing a second degree in English Literary Studies at the Utrecht University. I will be teaching with a British accent and prosody and my chief interest lies in academic and formal english. Nevertheless, i keep myself up to date with colloquial language as I travel now and then to London and New York for photography work.
