Trusted teacher: Hello! Is your son/daughter struggling with the way his/her teacher is explaining things in class? Are they having difficulties keeping up with the learning pace or are they still struggling with understanding the basic principles? Do they have an issue with staying focused for prolonged periods of time, or do they simply not enjoy the subject at all? My name is Farris, and I am currently a 3rd-year Aerospace Engineering student studying at TU Delft. I have a strong international background, having lived most of my life outside the Netherlands and at international schools. Upon completing my secondary education at The International School of The Hague in 2020, I began tutoring students from the school who struggled with mathematics and physics and have been doing so ever since. My tutoring sessions often follow quite an unorthodox approach. As a younger student myself, I struggled massively with mathematics and physics at a younger age, mostly due to issues with focusing and understanding, as well as being diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Over the years I developed methods of dealing with such issues, and it is those methods that I use in my tutoring sessions to help students progress in their academics. I live near the Rotterdam Centrum area. Tutoring sessions can happen at my house, at public locations (Rotterdam Central Library), at the home of the student (depending on location), or online on a call. If a student is hesitant to learn one-on-one, or has a friend/classmate whom would also like to be tutored, dual sessions can take place whereby both students are tutored simultaneously. Noah is a passionate and dedicated coach who clearly loves what he does. I really appreciated his practical tips and the way he approached public speaking from multiple angles. He took the time to understand what was working for me and what wasn’t, and always adjusted based on my feedback. As such, each session felt tailored to my needs, which was super useful. Another thing I enjoyed about the coaching sessions was that Noah always explains the reasoning behind each technique, which made a big difference in helping me improve. I want to start off by saying a huge thank you to Sacha! I am a Master student who needed academic support for a statistics course in February and although I have always lacked confidence in math, Sacha made me feel as if i had the foundation and ability to not only pass the course but also succeed in writing the results section of my Thesis paper. She was always very flexible in her availability, and was able to meet several times per week, which for me, was very beneficial. Other than that, Sacha was approachable, friendly and a great tutor. I appreciate all the support and definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to grow as an academic :)

Hands down by far the best English teacher in the town! Couldn’t be happier. My 7 years old is absolutely enjoying and learning a lot to write complex pieces of story writing, advanced vocabulary, grammar and comprehension with Miss Catherine. She is very professional yet very approachable and understands the needs of his students and caters lessons accordingly. We are extremely pleased to have found her.
