Hello everyone, I am a professional photographer, freelance journalist, and certified sake sommelier. I hold a BA in Asian Studies, and MA and Ph.D. degrees in Visual Arts. Living in Japan for over 14 years now, I also had the privilege to gain experience as an English teacher after working in both elementary schools and high schools as a teacher for several years. This course is intended for people who have never done photo editing or for people wishing to discover a free and open source software to replace Lightroom. I have been doing photography out of passion since 2019. My attraction to the world of free software led me to use darktable, a little known but very powerful software for photo editing.
