I am a Certified R.A.S CHI LLC (Release.All.Stress) Meditation Coach, under the Auspices of Harvard and F.I.U Certified Coach Sir William Cofield. I enjoy working with people especially youth helping to provide positive coping mechanisms to combat the daily stresses of life. I am also a certified Professional Life Coach and combine the knowledge of aiding people to become their fullest potential with the knowledge gained from Meditation practice. I have found that they work hand in hand because as the mind becomes clearer and more focused through mediation, one is able to have better understanding of themselves, better reasoning and able to have more foresight for detail and planning etc. Everything I am sharing has been proven on myself first before sharing with anyone else. I recently left my job as a Firefighter to do this full time. It is more than just mindfulness mediation, RAS CHI Meditation puts focus on the science of the meditation practices. Each technique has been studied to enhance the brain performance apart from the spiritual benefits that come with Meditation. There is huge emphasis on our gratitude mediation which we call "GRATITATION" this is emphasized because we understand that gratitude is the frequency in which we are able to quickly manifest that which we desire. "Studies show that people are not just feeling better because they are spending time relaxing. Harvard-affiliated researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) reported they found structural differences between the brains of experienced meditation practitioners and individuals with no history of meditation, observing thickening of the cerebral cortex in areas associated with attention and emotional integration. Meditation group participants reported spending an average of 27 minutes each day practicing mindfulness exercises, and their responses to a mindfulness questionnaire indicated significant improvements compared with pre-participation responses. The analysis of MR images, which focused on areas where meditation-associated differences were seen in earlier studies, found increased gray-matter density in the hippocampus, known to be important for learning and memory, and in structures associated with self-awareness, compassion, and introspection.
