My name is Noelia, and I am a native Spanish speaker with a degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education, as well as 7 years of experience working in kindergartens and schools. I am a dedicated, creative, dynamic, and passionate educator who is committed to providing engaging and meaningful learning experiences for students of all ages.
Since moving to Finland, I have immersed myself in the Finnish education system both through my professional work and university courses at Finnish universities. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Education, focusing on coaching, emotional intelligence, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which has further enriched my teaching approach.
In my work with children, I use handmade materials and play-based learning methods to reinforce grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills. My goal is to foster holistic development, supporting both academic growth and emotional well-being in a balanced and safe environment.
