I’m offering personalized music lessons, where YOU decide what to explore! Whether you're curious about harmony, rhythm, musical styles from around the world, or any other concept, I will tailor each lesson to your interests. And if there’s a topic I’m not familiar with yet, I’ll take the time to learn and prepare the lesson just for you.
Or, if you prefer, embark on a guided introduction to music, exploring essential concepts through carefully selected listening examples from across the globe.

Are you a beginner?? No worries: no experience is required! 😁
I can teach you the basics to produce sounds with your saxophone: position of the embouchure (teeth, tongue, lips and vocal cords' position, an element often forgotten), fingerings, use of diafragma,...
After the first two lessons spent on the mouthpiece and neck for the sound production, we will immediately start to play some super easy duos together to practice your capacity of listening, pay attention to the other, ear training as well. I normally use the book of Peter Wastall (titled Learn as you play) as support, but it is not mandatory. There are plenty of good books btw!
Are you an intermediate / advanced student?? I am sure you can still improve in all the basics, but on a different level. I'll teach you the importance of the "voicing" (technique named by the american saxophonist and pedagogue Donald Sinta) to improve your sound production and projection as well as the capacity of correcting and improving the intonation. You can learn all about phrasing and music interpretation, from tonal music until contemporary atonal compositions. And still, you can improve your playing together, practicing in duo on different aspects like tuning, balance, interpretation, performance etc.
Book a lesson and try! If you are not happy, give me a feedback and go on. If you are happy, I will be happy to help you becoming a good musician!
