I first start learning Bhangra with Reena in Taiwan, and while at the beginning I could use the Bhangra steps to only exercise on the Bhangra music, under her dedicated guidance, afford and tailored feedback I was able to have speedy progress and join group performances. She is passionate about dancing and choreography, and teaching dance comes so natural to her. She is professional, enthusiastic, patient, and friendly and her energy is uplifting and motivating. She always tailors the lessons to the specific needs and capabilities to each individual, even sends post-lesson teaching videos. Superb experience with Raef. I asked for his help to prepare a math assessment test with an enormous lack of basis but he accepted the challenge. I found out a nice teacher who is not afraid of explaining and repeating if necessary. I did enjoy his method with the whiteboard, it feels like you are in the same place and can interact on the same exercise. Either in English or french he will certainly be able to help you. He is super kind and flexible, I definitively recommend his services.

I had my first 90 minute Yoga lesson with Gaurav and it was exactly what i was looking for. He teached me the basic postures included breathing and chanting with a holistic approach. I really felt it was customized to my needs and personalized although online i felt the time flew by and he was carefully observing and teaching me. Very good energy and flow between the sequences. I can only recommend his class and will look forward working with him on my practice.
