In addition to the subjects I am struggling to explain to students how to "learn to learn" so that my classes have a long lasting effect. This includes showing them how to get organized and prepare for the exams. I have over seven years of experience during which I was able to help dozens of school children improve their grades. I am also comfortable with children and young people having rather serious problems like dyscalculia, fear of school or who are seriously demotivated. For these children I try to be even more patient than usual, explaining every detail little by little in a way that is easy to understand until everything is understood.
