A private tutor and coach for 10 years, I created my own coaching method with my colleagues Thibault and Charlie. Here is how our students are supported: After an initial discovery call, the student takes an initial course with their tutor to take stock of their situation, identify their state of mind (motivation levers, confidence) and their room for improvement (gaps, methods not mastered, inaccurate writing, careless or calculating errors). Depending on the student's assessment, the tutor recommends a tailor-made formula combining private lessons, adapting the number of hours per week and daily remote support. Daily support focuses on training in REAL CONDITIONS: alone, without course materials or a teacher and with limited time. The student then sends us their copy, and we provide them with a rigorously written answer key, the corrections for their copy, and their grade the same day. They can then immediately learn from their mistakes and redo the assignment perfectly. The goal is to learn automatically.
