I work with the student to develop both technical and aesthetic aspects of art. From sketching, to painting, using various media including pencil, charcoal, pastel, water colours, acrylic and oil, you can learn it all in my classes. These days, calligraphy has become part of many things. From events to weddings, birthday celebrations, even personal things like journaling. Calligraphy is needed in many ways, from place cards to decorations, invitations to thank you cards. Work in calligraphy since 2013 and having taught since 2015, I have taught modern English calligraphy classes, watercolor calligraphy, to calligraphy on glass, from basic to advanced levels, from elementary school children to the general public. The final goal of the class is to make participants understand how to write calligraphy good and in a right way. If you have never touched any calligraphy, please don't worry. The beginner level is really starting to write calligraphy from the base, from one line to another. While the intermediate level is about recognizing and discovering the characteristics of each individual in each work, exploring each style in the modern English calligraphy. Entering the next level, we will start learning about flourishes and swashes.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 12 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the halos. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.
