Derzeit mache ich meinen zweiten Master an der MDW-Universität in Wien. Ich habe viel Erfahrung im Spielen verschiedener Musikstile und habe bereits 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Unterrichten.

I have finished my master's in piano performance and I am giving piano lessons as well as theory and harmony lessons.
Currently I am doing my second master at the MDW University in Vienna. I have a lot of experience in playing different styles of music as well as 7 years of teaching experience.
We will focus on learning how to play the piano while simultaneously theory and harmony principles will be introduced along the way. The lessons will be adjusted according to the student's preferences and I will try to teach you the things you want to learn without leaving out important principles of piano playing. I can adjust the style of music and type of lesson according to what you are interested to learn. Deutsch: Ich habe Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Schülern unterschiedlicher Levels, Altersgruppen und Temperamente. Mein Ansatz ist für jeden Schüler anders, da jeder Charakter unterschiedlich ist. Mein Ziel ist es, den Weg zu finden, der zu jedem Schüler passt, um seine innere Kreativität in der Musik zu entwickeln. Einige Schüler neigen mehr zur Analyse und zum Verständnis, andere sind stärker von Freiheit und Improvisation, um ihren eigenen Klang zu schaffen, fasziniert. Ich möchte den Schülern helfen, ihre Persönlichkeit in der Musik zu finden und zu entwickeln, mit den Grundlagen, die mir bei meiner persönlichen Entwicklung geholfen haben, damit sie sich auf effizienteste Weise weiterentwickeln können, lernen zu erkunden und sich durch Musik auszudrücken, während sie den Prozess genießen. English: I have experience with different students of different levels, ages, and temperaments. My approach is different for every student because each character is different. My goal is to find the way that fits each student in order to develop his/her inner creativity in music. Some students are more inclined towards analyzing and understanding. Others are intrigued more by freedom and improvising creating their own sound. I want to help the students find and develop their personality in music, with the fundamentals that have helped me go through my personal development so that they can evolve in the most efficient way, learn to explore, and express themselves through music while enjoying the process. I have been studying music since 5 years old. I am currently doing my second master in contemporary music in MDW. I have played a huge amount of classical repertoire as well as jazz. I have been teaching the piano as well as theory and harmony consistently for 6 years now. I am also involved in the world of synthesizers and electronic music and sound design, and I am willing to share any knowledge that I have with you. I have taught students with different preferences, and my goal is to help you evolve in the direction you would like to.

Ich studiere Musik seit 23 Jahre. Derzeit mache ich meine zweite master in zeitgenössischer Musik in MDW. Ich habe eine umfangreiche Menge an klassischem Repertoire sowie Jazz gespielt. Seit 6 Jahren unterrichte ich kontinuierlich Klavier, Musiktheorie und Harmonielehre. Zudem bin ich in der Welt der Synthesizer, elektronischen Musik und Sounddesign aktiv und bin bereit, mein Wissen mit Ihnen zu teilen. Ich habe Schüler mit unterschiedlichen Vorlieben unterrichtet, und mein Ziel ist es, Ihnen in die Richtung weiterzuhelfen, in die Sie sich entwickeln möchten.

Hello and welcome to my music studio! It is absolutely fabulous that you are interested in music, and I hope you have lots and lots of fun with it! However, diving into the wonders of the piano/keyboard can be a bit overwhelming... and that is where I come in!
This course is for anyone from complete beginners to advanced students, from lessons that focus completely on classical music to lessons that include or focus on the basics of jazz/pop. If you like to sing, we can also work on the basics of jazz/pop vocal, so you can learn to accompany yourself at the piano.
In our lessons, technique will be an inherent part of the training, as well as analysis, basic music theory, and efficient ways of practicing music. If that all sounds good to you, then please reach out to me and we can start ASAP!
Lessons can be in English or Dutch.

So who am I?
In a nutshell, I am a professional pianist, vocalist, lyricist and blogger. Since 2014, I have taught in various music schools, teaching piano, ensemble, jazz vocal, and solfege.
On a more elaborate note, I obtained my Master of Arts in classical piano, summa cum laude, at the Royal Conservatory of Ghent (KASK) in 2017, and studied as a Fulbrighter at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music in Bloomington USA during the 2019-2020 academic year.
Every day, I strive to become a better musician and person, and I aim to transfer that passion to my students.

Mein Name ist Felix, ich bin Student an der Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien, und ich selbst stamme aus einer Familie von Musiklehrern.
