IB HL Biology and IB HL Chemistry tutoring for high school students

- I am currently an IB graduate who is looking to tutor before university.
- I have studied IB chemistry and biology at higher level and these are subjects that I know quite well and am willing to teach at either standard or higher level.
- Mathematics is something that I have always been strong in, however in IB, I only took Mathematics AA at standard level so that is the capacity at which I can tutor for that subject.
- As far as the tutoring experience, I have tutored multiple students before at high school all of which greatly benefited from the experience. We would meet and they would tell me which specific subject areas they may be struggling with and I can sit down and explain the topic area, provide practice questions, recommend recourses etc.
- Tutoring with me involves sitting down, making sure that you understand the fundamental concepts of the topic area beyond just the surface level, so that you are able to apply your knowledge to a broad range of questions.
- This will be enhanced through practice questions and different ways to apply your knowledge.

Former student of the University of Rome Tor Vergata and future student at the University of Geneva, Faculty of Economics and Management, I offer my services to young students in difficulty from the 9th, 10th, 11th, bringing them a pedagogy individualized, help with the preparation of questions or exams.

I am a chemist graduated from EPFL (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology). I have always been fascinated by science and now I hold a doctorate in solid-state physics from the University of Geneva.

Science subjects can help you pass exams. I have been teaching these disciplines for many years during exercise sessions held at the University as well as in private lessons given as an independent.

For this reason, you will have the possibility to ask me for explanations on any subject. It is indeed useful that you can progress on the basis of what you already know. I have taught this subject since i entered my degree. My main field is helping secondary school students with homework and exams, including preparation help to enter the university. My method consists on doing repetitive exercises and exams, My purpose for the student is learning to do the exercises by repeating them.

Après une première année effectuée à l’EPFL en section de physique j’ai validé les matières d’analyse et d’algèbre avancée, et de physique mécanique de la première année et ait donc des bases solides et les compétences d’e Seigner ces matières pour des élèves jusqu’au collège.
Je suis actuellement en deuxième année de pharmacie et air donc aussi un très bon niveau en chimie organique, générale et analytique.

J’ai également validé toutes ces matières avec succès lors du baccalauréat français, obtenu avec une mention très bien.
