Après un échauffement adéquat d'une quinzaine de minutes, je fais d'habitude mes clients travailler la posture, le footwork, les mouvements avec garde haute et les changements de style (offensif/défensif).
Ensuite, on travaille des combinaisons de phase offensive, d'ésquives/blocages, et de contres. Le niveau de difficulté des combinaisons va du basique au poussé de tel sorte que des enchaînements peuvent être travailler sur plusieurs séances.
Ensuite, place aux raquettes et/ou pao et/ou Pattes d'ours, où je planifie un full workout d'intensité dynamique, tout en soignant la technique et en poussant mon athlète à parfaire ses coups. La séance de Raquette/Pao/Pattes d'ours est généralement chronométrée 3/1 min (activité/repos actif).
Le travail de sparring light peut également avoir lieu, avant les exercices de renforcement musculaire.
En dernier lieu, 5 à 10 minutes d'abdos, et 5 minutes de stretching.
