I specialize in tutoring piano/keyboard lessons, but I am also offering music theory lessons depending on your preference. Lessons for all abilities and ages, teaching the basic principles of performance or theory through to the more advance concepts, able to adapt lessons to students needs. Due to my experience I have knowledge and skills for a variety of genres, which include the main styles pop, jazz, rock, classical and many more, my lessons will demonstrate the correct techniques and theoretical knowledge needed to become competent within these.
I am also able to guide and teach students through their grades 1-8 on electronic keyboards or piano, for those who are looking to take their music that little bit further.

I have extensive training and experience within the music industry, as a professional full-time pianist and currently working as a full time musician within an acoustic vocal/piano duo within the entertainment/cruise ship industry. I have obtained a First Class Honours Bmus Music Performance and Recording at the London College of Music, from my time studying at one of the top music schools internationally my knowledge within the music industry as a whole has been enhanced. I also have developed a wide range of skills during my studies within my main instrument, my music persona on stage and theoretically. These have also been advanced from being an active full time working musician, since graduating.
Therefore I have first hand experience to bring to my tutoring, as well as advice to offer from someone who has grown up around music and trained and worked in the music industry. I have also been an active music/piano teaching having completed a 1 month music teaching placement within a primary school ( year 6 ) during my studies at LCM, I have also taught piano lessons privately, so have a variety of lesson plans and ideas to bring to every class for any age or ability. From this working experience and from being a student myself for 17 plus years and going through the stages of having music lessons and taking piano exams, I fully understand from the perspective of both the pupil and the teacher of what is needed to have a diverse, fun, practical and informative lesson.
