- I lived and studied in the UK from 2017.
- I speak English on a native level, with a British accent. If I was able master this language, you can do it too! :) (I hold a C2 level Cambridge Advanced Exam certificate)
- I focus on speaking about oneself in the beginning in order to build a vocabulary (and confidence :) ), which then can actually be used in the person's everyday life.
- I use a lot of songs and movies to help my students practice "effortlessly"

Graduate of a bachelor in Modern Languages (and a Master in Communication), I offer tutoring courses in French and / or English. Having a rather synthetic and logical spirit, I can explain (or explain) grammar or conjugation points in a clear way, and help the child or the teenager to make syntheses, tables etc in order to understand and assimilate the material. I provide vocabulary and have students apply theory exercises. For the youngest, I propose playful and participative courses.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, I taught at ULg for 18 years before retiring. I'd be delighted to work with you whatever your needs. Maximum of 3 students for conversation classes.

The purpose of the course is to help students master the skills taught in the classroom, both orally and in writing. Grammar and lexical exercises are planned in order to provide the useful tools for the success of the exams of written expression, situation and oral expression. No overload of the student but a use of the themes chosen by the school to facilitate the progression in the learning of the language.

My teaching method is a playful one, with games, songs, videos / cartoons to interest the children. I base my courses in paper format, on a tablet or computer. I prefer songs, poems and drawing in English.

Oral and written expression are powerful forms of knowledge, adaptation and acclimatization. So in a tutorial, and analog way I am quite flexible and innovative on ways to instill knowledge according to each student; I am dynamic and proactive according to my fathers and I am quite pragmatic in my work. This course is suitable for Arabic and French speakers.

I provide my English skills (Cambridge level C1 certification) to offer a course adapted to each profile, at each level, ranging from novice to advanced, for both academic and personal needs. I am not a professional teacher, but very patient and attentive!
