Hi everyone! My classes are designed for aspiring artists and designers.
I have a master's degree in Industrial design (car & product design) with more than 7 years working experience and teaching. Regardless your level you are all welcome to join my class and learn core design skills such as prespective, industrial design sketching, rendering, photoshop and portfolio preparation.

I also teach drawing and oil painting with a focus on representational art. Through my course you will learn how to observe and appreciate nature in order to represent it effectively through drawing or painting. You will learn to draw and paint using the traditional techniques of the old masters such as Rembrandt, Caravaggio and the impressionists.

Hi everyone!

I have a master's degree in Industrial design (transportation & product design) and also have been trained in the classical tradition of drawing and painting. I have more than 7 years working and teaching experience in Industrial design and 8 years experience in drawing and painting. So, through Apprentus I am teaching these two separate classes.

If you are an aspiring art or design student who wants to prepare your portofolio or an existing student who wants to improve your core art & design skills or if you are just interested in drawing, painting or design then this class is ideal for you!

In general, my main aim as a teacher is to introduce to my students the most significant works of art, from many different cultures and periods in the history of art, through a series of excercises. Throught those excercises, my students have the opportunity to get to know different techniques and use a wide range of materials (painting, drawing, collage, 3dimensinal structures). They are able also to grow the ability to combine elements and forms, to develop synthetical skills and motor skills. Equally important, is that they can discover a new “alphabet”, a new language to express themselfves creatively, in an atmosphere that encourages them to form a personality, able to appreciate art.
I also use various movement/improvisation techniques and excersices which encourage space and body involvement.
I work with all age groups, children, teens & adults.
Everyone is welcome, as experience is ,off course, NOT required....

According to different learning methods, I will help you to progress in drawing, and to love to produce.
The special supervision of the student is the basis of my courses;
by helping the student to know what he wants to create, I direct him to different exercises specific to his needs, to progress more quickly.

Methodology

The proposed teaching aims to develop the plastic qualities and the personality of the pupil through the drawing as well as his sense of the observation by various playful and inventive exercises. Learn to draw differently, avoid automatism and break free / detach from habits to develop new graphic qualities. My objective is to allow the development of the student through this medium and to ensure the continuation of his practice.

I have been giving drawing lessons for a few years now and I like to share my activity through amateur teaching. I particularly developed skills by deepening observational drawing (live model, still life, landscape, architecture, objects, shadow work, tracing, one-line-drawing).

My methods take into account the discovery of the sensitive applicable to drawing, the mastery of its visual faculties, of a technique of representations ranging from academic to letting go, promoting personal development as well as one's own style of representation.
My pedagogical approach still requires a student interested and curious to learn. All ages are possible.

Do you want your kids to discover the joy of drawing and painting while naturally picking up Spanish along the way?

Hello! My name is Rocio and I'm a Spanish Artist from Madrid giving private art lessons to kids in Brussels (Belgium).
I studied Fine Arts and Visual Design in Madrid and graduated in 2020, ever since I have been working as a graphic designer and part-time private art teacher for kids.

As an artist, I have a solid basis of materials, composition, shape and color, but I know those aren't essential skills when approaching art for the first time, the most important is the attitude towards it. As kids are always eager to try new materials, my lessons focus in experimenting through painting while having fun in the process, with the idea that painting is a really intuitive skill that everyone and anyone can enjoy.

I can teach the lessons in English, Spanish and/or French and adapt to the needs and language level of my students.
