I am a TEFL -qualified native english speaker who has lived all over the world. I have a lot of experience learning new languages throughout my life including Dutch, Mandarin & now French. This means that I can empathise with anybody starting the process of learning English as a foreign language. I have tutored students in English and other subjects from primary school to university level. I have always found that the easiest way to learn something is to enjoy it! And so I always try to make my lessons relaxed and fun :)

I'm Jenn, a New Zealander in Marseille. I might be the only one! I have lived all over the world, and picked up a few different languages along the way. I am very interested in culture and languages and passionate about sharing the English language with anybody who would like to learn. I am TEFL-certified and have excellent understanding of language structure, which is a great way to build a solid foundation in English for beginners. For intermediates, I aim to build the richness of vocabulary and grammar. I do this in 2 different way, formally by linking the English language to a business context and informally, by linking the English language to the anglophonic cultures of the world (USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, UK etc).

For advanced students of English who need guidance towards perfection in a scientific or corporate setting, I have extensive experience in the upper eschalons of the corporate world and can take you there :)

French is my native language, so I offer lessons for all levels.
I have a degree in foreign languages and speak English fluently. I don't think I'm best placed to teach overly technical or professional topics, for example, but we can discuss it.
During my studies, I also studied Spanish, then I traveled for a year and a half in Latin America. My level is good, however my Spanish has been strongly influenced by Spanish from Spain through my studies but also by the different countries I have been able to visit (especially Colombia). I therefore offer simple courses but like English, I can adapt.

Having studied in Mexico for a year, I speak fluent Spanish and have developed a strong affinity for languages and foreign language learning.
