Über mich
I am a Yoga Alliance registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher (RYT).
Started in California, Yoga has become my life path for over 10 years.
Certified in the Vinyasa method and Meditation Techniques, I have been teaching Hatha,
Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, SUP Yoga, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Fitness Yoga for all levels. My classes are a work-out to work in.

Having my life centered around sports from years of professional snowboarding, and being a sports trainer in various disciplines, Yoga has started in my life as a cross-training and mindful practice. I also offer ‘Yoga for athletes’ classes designed for particular sports to limit or recover injuries and build better balance and stability.

Many of my Yoga articles have been published and I am preparing the Yoga section in Outdoor Fitness Magazine.

I believe Yoga is an awareness practice for the body and mind that is accessible to everyone.

I offer grounded, vigorous and supportive classes to deepen the mind and body connection and go beyond the edges of the body and mind.

Beginners and longtime practitioners are all welcome in my classes. I teach private individual and group sessions.

The classes are either in English or French acc to your demand.

I teach classical Yoga using the Vinyasa Krama system and Hatha Yoga principles for all levels from Beginners – Advanced students and my teaching is firmly rooted in the lineage of Krishnamacharya. Besides Hatha Vinyasa, I also teach Yin Yoga, SUP Yoga, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Fitness Yoga.

I am a certified ski and snowboard instructor and member of PSIA-AASI (American Association of Snowboard Instructors) with over 15 years of teaching experience. I have taught skiing and snowboarding in the United States, Argentina, Austria and have been teaching in Switzerland for 10 years. I offer private lessons, semi-private lessons and group lessons.

They find them to be either too much focused on the physical aspect and lacking in real substance and sense of community in the group or, on the other hand, too much focused on the spiritual/mental aspect without much challenge to the physical body.

In my personal practice and during my lessons I try to work towards a balance between strength and relaxation, between action and introspection.

I do not take myself too seriously, since, for me, this practice should be a joy - a discipline yes, but definitely not a dogma. I would like my students to be able to experience the power of what yoga can offer us and feel at ease with being just who they are: natural, without any need to live up to any ideas of who a yogi 'should' or 'should not' be. This, to me, is a process of allowing time and practice to take effect - a process which we experience both together, and individually in everyday life.

All my programs are tailored to your needs and preferences. Yoga and Emotional Mastery training can be combined to deliver maximum value.

This training is designed to guide you to develop greater consciousness and master your own sense of health and well-being. Meaning: you build up your own regular practice and habits that will remain with you over the long-term, way beyond the limit of our one-hour lessons!
