This 1:1 guided meditation is a sanctuary created just for you. A space to breathe, soften, and come back home to yourself. You’ll be gently guided through a practice that meets you where you are, helping you release tension, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

Every session is intuitive and personalized. Through soft breathwork, grounding awareness, and heart-centered guidance, we invite your system to relax and open. You’ll have room to feel, to let go, and to create more space for clarity, alignment, and inner ease.

This session is for you if you long for:
A moment of stillness in your day
A deeper connection to your inner world
Emotional or energetic release
A gentle reset for your mind and body

No experience is needed, just your presence.
You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.

About Me
My name is Karin, and I am the founder of Kirana meditation, where I guide people back to their inner steadiness, emotional clarity, and natural sense of wellbeing through meditation, somatic awareness, and heart-centered practices.

My work blends science and spirituality in a way that is grounded, accessible, and deeply human. I teach to create a space where people feel safe enough to soften, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

I create guided meditations, courses, and one-to-one sessions that support people in releasing stress, emotional tension, and patterns that keep them disconnected from their inner calm. My approach helps people tune into their bodies, feel more present, and build a stable inner foundation where clarity and balance can naturally arise. The practices I offer are practical, gentle, and designed to meet people exactly where they are.

My mission is simple: to help people come home to themselves.

I believe everyone carries an innate capacity for healing and inner peace. My work is about creating the space and the guidance that helps that capacity unfold. Whether through breath, visualization, or somatic presence, I aim to help people create more openness, ease, and alignment in their everyday lives.

My teaching style is rooted in heartfulness, a combination of presence, acceptance, and compassion. I guide in a way that is warm, intuitive, and grounded. Instead of for an empty mind, I invite students into deeper self-connection, helping them feel what is true in the moment so that the body and mind can naturally release what they no longer need.

People often describe my sessions as calming and deeply supportive. If you would like to work with me, feel free to send me a message.

Experience / Qualifications
I am a meditation guide and founder of Kirana Meditation, where I have been supporting individuals in cultivating inner calm, clarity, and emotional balance through guided meditations, somatic practices, and heart-centered mindfulness. I have experience leading both group sessions and 1:1 meditations, tailoring each session intuitively to meet the unique needs of the person in front of me.

My training blends contemporary mindfulness techniques with somatic awareness and subtle energetic practices. I focus on helping students reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their inner wisdom in an approachable and deeply supportive way.

Over the years, I have guided people from diverse backgrounds, beginners, experienced meditators, and anyone looking to reduce stress, release tension, or feel more grounded in their daily lives. My approach emphasizes heartfulness, acceptance, and compassion, ensuring that every session is a safe space for exploration, release, and self-connection.

Most meditation classes teach you to sit still and empty your mind. That's not what this is.
This class teaches meditation as a creative tool — specifically for people who make things, perform, build, and think for a living. The techniques here come from insight and manifestation practices, but I teach them through the lens of creative and technical work: how to enter a flow state deliberately, how to move through creative blocks, how to perform under pressure without freezing, and how to separate signal from noise when you're deep in a project.
I've been practicing these techniques for years alongside live performance work — combining biofeedback, live electronic music, and real-time visual systems in front of audiences. The overlap between meditation and performance is not metaphorical. Attention control, state management, and intentional focus are literal performance skills. I teach them that way.
What you'll learn:

Insight meditation: how to observe your own thought patterns without getting caught in them — essential for debugging creative blocks
Manifestation as a design tool: using structured visualisation to clarify what you're actually trying to build or create before you start
Breath and body-state techniques for entering deep focus on demand
How to use these practices before a performance, a difficult meeting, a creative session, or a period of intense output
Building a personal practice that fits around an irregular, project-driven life — not a 6am routine designed for someone else

Who this is for:
Makers, developers, designers, musicians, performers, founders, and anyone whose work requires sustained creative attention. People who've tried meditation apps and found them too passive or too generic. People who want practical tools, not spirituality.
Not for: People looking for traditional mindfulness or religious practice. This is applied technique.
Taught in: English (Dutch available)
Format: 1-on-1, we start from where you are and build a practice around your actual working life
You'll need: Nothing. Just show up.
