I’m a certified RYT 500 yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance accredited, trained at Bodsphere, New Delhi under Samarthya Bhatnagar), with additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Pranayama. I’ve practiced yoga for over 10 years and have spent the past year teaching private, one-on-one sessions.

I’m Yona, a yoga teacher rooted in Noordwijkerhout, in the heart of the Bollenstreek. I offer private, one-on-one yoga sessions — at your home, outdoors in the dunes or on the beach, or online via Google Meet.
