Im vergangenen Jahr habe ich am Berklee College of Music meinen Master in Contemporary Performance mit Schwerpunkt Produktion abgeschlossen. Wenn du aufnehmen möchtest, kann ich dir dabei helfen und auch beim Erstellen deiner eigenen Kompositionen!

Mijn naam is Abigaël en ik ben artiest, componist en violist uit Amsterdam. Ik help je graag je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen! Wil je leren zingen? Improviseren? Viool spelen of je eigen composities schrijven? Wil je mee jammen, teksten maken en leren hoe je je muziek opneemt? Dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres! Ik speel sinds mijn 4e viool. Gestart bij Coosje Wijzenbeek en later van leerlingen van haar waaronder Eveline Jaspers. 10 jaar lang heb ik in Vocaal Talent gezongen onder leiding van Wilma ten Wolde en afgelopen jaar ben ik afgestudeerd van de master Contemporary Performances (production concentrated) aan Berklee College of Music.

Ik treed actief op met mijn band en heb onder andere op festivals als Oerol en Landjuweel gespeeld. Op dit moment werk ik bij de Wisseloord Studios als engineer en ben ik bezig met de release van mijn debuut album.

Op Spotify heb ik enkele singles staan en afgelopen jaar heb ik veel getourd door Spanje met mijn band. Mijn eigen muziek is een combinatie van neo-klassiek, latin-rhythm en RnB. Ik ga graag samen met jou opzoek naar je leerdoelen en zal je zo goed mogelijk helpen en stimuleren je eigen stem te vinden, in vocalen en in viool.

Dear violin lovers! I'm a violin teacher for 10 years now, I have been teaching in Portugal and the Netherlands. My lessons can be given in English, Portuguese, French or Spanish.

Playing the violin is my passion, especially when I can pass on my knowledge and love for music to my students of all ages and levels.

I work as a team with you, finding the right method that fit your needs. What is important for me is to work on a good connection with the instrument and find the right basis for the start of your violin playing.
In my violin lessons, I would like also to share with you my musical knowledge, show you recordings of great violin players, prepare with you pieces that you always wanted to play and give you the tools so you can achieve your goals in music. I like to share the general knowledge of violin playing as well as basic and intermediate music theory lessons so you can enter in the world of music, but especially to have fun!!

My lessons can be shared between violin and theory together depending on what you are looking for.

The lessons will be at my house if you are in need of an instrument we can find one for you!

I did my Bachelor at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with the teachers Maria Milstein and Eliot Lawson and completed my Masters in Performance degree with excellency as well in Amsterdam under the guidance of Liviu Prunaru and Mathieu van Bellen while studying baroque violin with Shunske Sato.

I have my own violin class in Amsterdam, and I love teaching.

My name is Lucas and I am 22 years old. I currently have a grade 8 in violin with the ABRSM curriculum, and have been playing the violin for over 15 years. While learning the violin, I have always been taught in a private manner, with a teacher just to myself so I would know exactly what kind of atmosphere you would need to learn quickly.
The lessons I would provide are for any level of students, from a person that is just beginning or is maybe just interested in playing the violin to a bit more experienced players that are looking to improve their skills.
I will make sure that you always have some work to do between lessons so that you can also improve your skills on your own and show me what you have learnt or practiced in between our lessons.

Je m'appelle Mathilde, je suis violoniste, pianiste, claveciniste, productrice et compositrice française.
Je suis diplômé de grandes institutions mondiales telles que le Royal College of Music de Londres, la Manhattan School of Music de New-York, le Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles et l'Université Paris-Sorbonne (en musicologie).
J'ai donné des concerts à travers le monde dans les salles de concert les plus prestigieuses, dont le Théâtre du Châtelet et la Seine Musicale (Paris), l'Opéra National (Oman) et La Scala (Milan), ainsi que de nombreuses autres salles en Europe, aux États-Unis, Chine, Moyen-Orient. Pendant cette période, j'ai joué à l'Académie d'Orchestre de La Scala à Milan pendant 2 ans, et je joue actuellement au Metropole Orkest à Amsterdam.

Grâce aux expériences que j'ai acquises au fil des années - notamment l'expérience d'enseignement au Conservatoire de Cambrai (France) - je suis devenu un expert dans l'enseignement du violon et des claviers ainsi que du solfège, y compris l'écriture et la lecture de partitions. J'ai enseigné à différentes tranches d'âge et à différents niveaux de formation technique (débutant ou avancé). Je peux facilement m'adapter au niveau de chaque élève pour créer une synchronicité et l'aider à poursuivre ses objectifs et ses souhaits. Je suis là pour les aider en tant que professeur et coach musical pour leur carrière musicale. Je peux combiner différentes pratiques et enseigner des techniques de base dans un répertoire qui correspond à la personnalité de l'élève (du classique au contemporain, en passant par la pop, le rock et plus encore). Sur la base de mes expériences d'enseignement, je peux me considérer comme un enseignant patient, doté d'un style motivant et d'un esprit ouvert. Private lessons for beginners to advanced level of violin playing. All ages are welcome. I am a professionally trained teacher and violinist for almost two decades. My lessons are given in English, Spanish and (basic) Dutch.

My teaching method is variable depending on the students' needs, but the goal is shared: to make a great musician and qualified violinist out of the pupil. I work on both technical and musical aspects from a (very) consciously prepared healthy and enjoyable perspective. Particular emphasis on having fun with the little ones!

I pay special attention to creating a personalized education and experience for every one of my students. I also give some additional tools applicable to the violin playing which includes: Introduction to Yoga, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique and Body & Mind. All the basic theory is taught too.

Occasionally, there are student concerts and collaborations with other teachers. (These may include some teachers from the Sweelinck Academy or the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, and more).

From among the required tools for my lessons are: a violin and a bow, score and books purchases when necessary, and, from time to time, meetings with the parents. On occasion, I use digital tools like phone/tablet apps.

I can teach in various places near or in the center of Amsterdam, or, depending on the need, I can move to pretty much wherever in The Netherlands.

About the homework, I send it to the students on a weekly basis and encourage them to participate on competitions and summer music courses. As always, this is conditional on the pupil's stage.

As a orchestra musician since long time, I would like to offer help and training for orchestra auditions. I play in different countries in Europa (France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, UK etc.) : I am aware of the difference styles.
I can teach in french and english, if necessary, in german too.

Let's explore together the music of the baroque era! Get to know the violin and the viola in their baroque setting- experiment with features such as gut strings and historical bows. The lessons are adapted to your wishes and needs: a beginner will have different goals than an experienced player. There is wealth of material for all levels and interests, let's find out together what's the best for you!
The core of the lesson is always the expression of music! We will work through building technique, grasping theoretical knowledge, and learning about the historical context. And if all that sounds a bit serious, let's not forget that the best way to learning is playfulness and a will to experiment!

My violin classes are open to people of all ages and levels. You may have used to play the violin many years ago and are trying to get back at it but don't know how, you may have just started and you're looking for a teacher that can guide your first steps, you may be looking for regular coaching for an already developed sense of musicality — my classes accommodate all of the above and more.
Most of my pupils are already intermediate students who are dedicated to becoming the young violinists of the future, but that doesn't mean my class isn't for you if you are simply looking for a hobby! Music is about having fun together!
