The school had branches in Konin, Piotrków Trybunalski, Sieradz and Szczecinek. The university offered master's and bachelor's studies in the following fields:

The last rectors of the university were doctors Jan Szupiło and Tomasz Malinowski. Both held their term of office until September 30, 2015. The university went into liquidation on April 14, 2016 on the basis of an application submitted by the founder of the university, Varimpex, at the beginning of 2015.
