His approachability and genuine concern for my understanding have created an atmosphere where I felt valued and encouraged. In addition, he was a fascinating motivator and a great source of inspiration, the perfect example of what an English teacher should be. It is clear that he has a lot of experience in everything that has to do with teaching. After every lesson I went home with a very good feeling. His teaching style is very excellent! Have been taking lessons with Matteo for 6 months (approximately every 2 weeks) and couldn't be happier with the choice. His attention for identifying strengths and weaknesses in technique is excellent, and it's clear he genuinely cares about helping you to improve. I also really appreciated from the first lesson his nuanced approach to vocal technique, where instead of framing things as right or wrong, he focuses more on helping you to understand what you are doing (thus leaving room for stylistic choices). I have also found discussions regarding song composition incredibly helpful as an aspiring singer-songwriter. Overall, thrilled with the experience so far and have certainly started to see improvements in my vocal technique during the last few months.

My private violin lesson with Ester was absolutely perfect. I had a privilege to hear Ester play her violin and she is so good- it is crazy to think I was able to learn from her. She is also such a good teacher. Full of knowlege and patience- which is, in my opinion, a rare combination. I had no prior musical education and this was my first real music lesson. Ester managed to teach me basic note reading, correct violin holding and even playing my first tunes. Her explainations are very clear and easy to understand. And her approach is very friendly. She is also a very nice person and easy to talk to. I wish we lived in the same city so I could keep studying playing violin with Ester- that's how good she is. Lidia
